Bartercard Clients

Terms and Conditions

1.This Voucher is non transferable.

2.Bartercard Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Robina Totally Teeth location.

3.Patients must purchase this card from their trading manager at the South Gold Coast location

4.The patient must present a valid $250 Bartercard voucher upon arrival for their initial introductory appointment and every appointment with Totally Teeth Robina.

5.To become a Bartercard patient you must have an introductory initial appointment to assess your future dental plan and treatment needs with Totally Teeth.

6.The initial introductory appointment includes a new patient exam(011), a scale and clean (114), a topical fluoride application (121), two x-rays (022x2) and a comprehensive treatment plan with quote.

7.Every Bartercard patient must receive a treatment plan.

8.If you have private health insurance we will accept the rebate, use the $250 Bartercard voucher and this may leave your account in credit depending on your level of cover and the private health insurance policy.

9.If the total treatment plan is under $1000 you can make full payment with Bartercard vouchers. (This excludes your initial appointment.)

10.It is the responsibility of the patient to find out what health fund rebates apply to each item.

11.We can offer a receipt once treatment is complete for patient to claim directly from their fund if requested.

12.If the patient's treatment plan is more than $1000, the patient must read and sign the Bartercard agreement at our Robina location, which states that they will be required to pay 50% cash component which includes health fund rebates and 50% Bartercard voucher.

13.Bartercard can not be used for Emergency Dental.

14.Spend can not be used for retail products.
